If blacks are so athletic like the hype says in the US,then why they can't win in 95% events or sports?

Forget expensive sports such as tennis or Nascar , skiing or surfing or horse racing or sailing etc

Cheap sports as Soccer that whites dominate (15 of the 19 world champion teams have been fully white with Spain being the last one) , wrestling , MMA , decathlon , high jump , triple jump , pole vault ,gymnastics , discus , hammer , shot put , javelin , walking races , rugby , handball , volleyball , weightlifting , swimming (it's cheap stop the lies) , diving , skateboarding (A skateboard is cheaper than Jordan shoes all these black boys wear) , cycling , boxing (eastern Euros have butch them for years now) , kickboxing etc

Average African Americans makes 9 times more money than an Eastern European or a Chinese and they do great in all those sports,so since the financial is not an issue then what?

So basketball or running is cheap, but soccer and volleyball or rugby are expensive?Yawn excuses , admit there is a reason white men win everything at the Olympics

How long did it take you to learn how to ollie on a skateboard?

I have only been skating for like 2 hours haha. . . I get the hang of it and turn easily and stuff..but now I want to learn how to ollie...I tried four times so far and I know it wil take a couple of days to learn how to do it. So just wondering how long it took you, and if you have any tips on how to do it better. thanks :)

Awkward Stares and Smiles?

I need help. First off I'm a guy/ 20 years old. I don't have a g/f. I have issues that kind of prevent that from happening right now. Need teeth work done, and a couple other small things. To the question. A lot of the time, wherever I'm at besides home, I give people the most awkward looks. Like as if I'm smiling but I'm really not. I'll have a face with no expression, but it always looks like I want to smile. I always stare at PPL, I try not to, because when I do they give me this look like "Why do you have that weird grin on your face?" And then they look at me like "He's crazy, he can't have a g/f if he can't even look someone in the eyes without this cheesy almost unnoticeable grin." I've tried to help it. I can't really. I try to make myself upset so my face wouldn't show my grin. Nope, still there. I stare a lot at chicks, but I can smile and say hi. I'm not THAT AWKWARD or GAY, and I don't even look that bad. I have like 1 pimple on my whole face. So I know i'm not that weird. I just feel like I'm going crazy on the inside. The stare - and - smile thing makes ppl think I'm stupid. I also have a very awkward walk. When I'm just walking I always stumble around. Not like falling over just like switching sides of the sidewalk. A better way to put it is I never look like I'm in sync. I always look like I'm loosing my footing.. And ppl stare at me for that too, like "Is that kid crazy". But I do skateboard a lot so that could just be the fact that I've taken 1 too many falls, and my leg bones are somewhat out of place. "hurt my hip bone recently"

what happens if you dont see a doctor for a fracture?

i looked at the symptoms and im pretty sure i fractured my knee cap from skateboarding. i cant afford to see a doctor, and i have no medical insurance cause i also cannot afford it. even if i walkd in the doctors office i would get all these med bills and i would probably never be able to pay off... so i plan on letting it heal by itself and not work it too hard... what might happen if i do this?

Here are some questions that I am concerned about:

1. Do you need "special" shoes to ride a skateboard? (Airwalk)?
2. Do you know any brand named skateboards that are cheap, yet work well?
3. I only have one skateboard park near me (outside one) what will I do during the winter???

Nose pierced for 10th birthday?

My daughter will be 10 in November. She desperately wants her nose pierced.

A little background on my daughter:

She has always been a tomboy, has been skateboarding since she was 5 and pretty good at it too, she is one of 6 black children in her school, only listens to Classic Rock/Heavy Metal, went to a Metallica show last year, LOVED IT, has gauged her ears for the past 2 years (she decided to stop at a 10 gauge), buzzed her hair - leaving chin length bangs, dyed black and red. Saved her allowance to buy a custom skateboard ($200) after she split her board. Her style has always been a mix of skater and rocker and she loves and takes pride in her style and uniqueness.

Knowing my soon-to-be 10 year old for 10 years, I know this is something she really wants, she is mature enough to handle and wants to get because she wants it, not because her friends have it (which none do). I have decided to let her do it - IF I can find a place that will do it.

I want to know your honest, but polite opinions. Do you think 10 is too young and WHY?

Alyssa -An 8year old attempted suicide in her class last year, 2 other 4th graders were found with vodka and puking in the school bathroom, other 4th grade girls wear clothes that say SEXY...If piercings and dying her hair is the worst thing my child wants to do, then I'll gladly let her express herself waayyy too much. (and the guages are smaller than a pencil eraser)
Alex- GREAT POINTS!!!!!! And that is why I feel so strongly about letting her do it. When I was 10 my mom let me get my cartilage pierced and I still have it. I got my eyebrows pierced at 12 - parents weren't pleased but believe in self expression as I do, and I still have them. I had all of my piercings and all but 3 tattoos before I was 18 and don't regret a single one. We aren't talking tattoos (just yet lol), just a small hole in her nose.

Why were the guys insecure/intimidated but not my friend?

First off I am a skater girl & love to skateboard. Last week they opened the new skate park in my town. But when I went their I was the only female skater amongst a crowd of boys. The only other girls were their GFs fanning themselves & looking bored. I got alot of unwelcome stares because they knew me as the skater girl, one guy even said why I was there. WTF?! I have every right to skate!

Anyways the only thing that made me feel comfortable was my best friend went with me, & my friend happens to be a guy. The thing is he isn't intimidated by me being a girl or having a girl as a friend. He's just so cool about it & nice, that's why I hang with him. Why were the other guys being such pricks? They make fun of my friend for being with me.

Is it time to find a new Friend, when the one you got bashes your career goals.?

I mean all he does is bash police, he call them racist idiots and that they are useless. He said police explorers is waste of time and my Saturday will be filled up. I told him if having fun then my Saturday aren't filled and it my life not his. I'm thinking about just not talking to him anymore, I mean true friends would be on your side and not call your job pointless. So im in high school, i wear 'skater' brands like DC Volcom hurley vans or whatever, but i dont skate and if someone were to ask me if i skated i would tell them no.. i just dont want people to call me a poser, its just clothes... What do you think?
