Question: Can anyone help me out with this question?

( Back )

Answer #1:

Because when your spending money your making a psychological decision to spend that money, and once you spend that money you start to reflect on what you spend, and argue with yourself on if you should've spent it or not, or what else you could've done with it.

Answer #2:

The first question to ask is, "Do I have the money to take a vacation?" If not, forget it. The long-term financial and psychological stress of spending money you don't have is way more expensive than any benefit you can get from the trip.
